Trusted Notary Services since 2002
Every person’s signature is naturally unique, and signatures are accepted worldwide as a binding indicator of personal identification.
Unlike physical characteristics like fingerprints, however, there are known circumstances – forgery, fraud, duress – that can nullify the validity of a signature.
Notary Signing Agents are commissioned by the state to serve as an official and impartial witness who can attest that all signatories have:
- had their identities impartially verified
- been deemed fully aware and competent
- willingly provided their signature
At KJD Notary and Digital Fingerprinting, we provide efficient and confidential notary services in our office or at a location of your choice.
