Apostille Certification

let us save you valuable time and frustration

Simplify this  Confusing, Time-Consuming Task

If you plan to conduct business in a foreign country that is a member of the 1961 Hague Convention, you may need an Apostille to certify that your documentation is genuine and can be legally used in another country.

Apostilles must ultimately be certified by your Secretary of State. However, depending on your unique circumstances, other steps – like having documents notarized or capturing your fingerprints for identification – may need to be completed before your Apostille application can be processed. And as is the case with many governmental processes, the task of figuring out the procedure to prepare an Apostille application and file it with the Secretary of State’s office in Tallahassee can be confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating.

KJD Notary and Digital Fingerprinting is uniquely positioned to simplify the Apostille process. All you need to do is schedule an appointment and bring your relevant documentation. Our experienced technicians will provide any required fingerprint captures and notarization services, package up your Apostille application, and forward it to our contact in Tallahassee for processing.

Your Apostille can be processed and returned to you in as few as 5 business days.
